This pitch aims to improve customer relations by adopting a personalised tone and UX approach; specifically wants to highlight ‘event & workshop’ concept so as to enhance customers’ attachment to the brand.

Client targets to increase the time each customers stays at stores so I tried to implant the concept of ‘3rd place’ throughut the app; '3rd place' means apart from home and office, Starbucks will be the 3rd place which they spend most of their time in.
